Pigeon a la mode

My parents decided to host a Fiesta luncheon for my sister on the San Antonio River. In true local style, my mom reserved two river barges from Paesano's (a great restaurant) and invited 35 of my sister's friends to the party.

The luncheon was this afternoon and I got a text from my sister...

"San Antonio River Barge party fun: a hawk attacked a pigeon in the tree above us, simultaneously decapitating the bird and sending its body "flying" onto the middle of our boat's table. Win."
